Weekend and a new Chromebook

Yay, weekend!

I like a good deal. For years, I have been interested in getting a Chromebook. I've never found one that is of good quality at a decent price. Out of the blue, I found one on sale for $200. I like the specs. I saved $280. Crazy!

I'm so happy with my purchase. I'm looking forward to receiving it soon.

New panties

The other day, I got two pairs of panties from a local vendor. Years ago, I got a pair of bamboo briefs for the ex. I never got anything for me.

Recently, this store had an online sale, so I had to take advantage of it.

I got a pair of seamless penguin panties:

Here's the back:

These are the bamboo panties with a roller skates pattern:

Here's the back:

I'm currently wearing the roller skates one. They are comfortable and don't ride up. They stay put, which is awesome!

It's a long weekend here. I took an extra day off, so it's a four-day weekend for me. Enjoy your weekend!

Ontario enters step 2 and I'll contemplating a haircut

Today, the lockdown lifts a bit in Ontario. We are entering step 2. Personal care services are allowed to reopen, for instance. There are a bunch of other changes.

I would love to get my hair cut. However, I feel like many folks will be doing that today. The worst case is getting my hair cut during the weekday next week. I'll still be on vacation.

I'm enjoying my time off so far. I got more free cookies today. I went to a bookstore and got some great deals. I'm happy.

So long, long weekend

My four-day long weekend is coming to a close. I start my day with a four-hour meeting that starts at 7 am.

I slept so well last night. I slept in till 10 am. I can't remember when I last did that.

Monday was great. I went out to do some shopping. I needed to get some low-carb bread. I also got a pair of double-walled glass mugs that were 45% off. I have wanted them for ages.

I am looking forward the weekend already!

New panties and vibrator order

My panties subscription came in the mail. I got this black mesh one:

The waistband is comfortable and satiny. The mesh feels smooth and soft. I'm happy with them.

I also got paid and bought my Womanizer Liberty vibrator in lilac. It has been shipped, which is impressive. The place where I normally get my spanking implements, PinkCherry.ca, is having a Valentine's Day sale. I'm pleased with an extra 20% off.

I am looking forward to receiving my new toy and wearing these panties.

Spanking arousal caused by looking at frosted acrylic paddles

I do miss being spanked.

I haven't had a chance to explore spanking myself as of late. I have been both tired and not in the mood. However, just thinking about it today made me aroused.

What sparked my interest again was seeing a set of frosted spanking paddles. They were on sale and are acrylic. They seem to be fun and effective on a bad girl's backside, like mine.

It's fun fantasizing.

Fossil Sport smartwatch

For quite some time, I have been thinking about upgrading my smartwatch. I have had my eye set on the Fossil Sport for roughly half a year.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a chat with a Fossil staff member at a store. I got to try on this watch. She had a blush-coloured one, which I fell in love with. The problem then was that it's not a cheap watch.

I am glad that I am patient. This week, the watch dropped in price by $105. I went and bought it. I love it!

As usual, any product isn't perfect. This watch does not track the number of hours that I am asleep. It's a limitation of Wear OS more than the watch itself. There is an app, called Sleep, that apparently integrates with Wear OS and ultimately, Google Fit. I will be testing it out.

It has never been a smooth transition for me to change from one smartwatch to another. Besides this minor annoyance, I do love this watch so far.

Surviving shopping at a liquidation centre and talking about long items

My guy and I visited our favourite liquidation centre. We both like this place for various reasons. It's nice that you can get quality items at highly discounted prices.

What I don't like is being trampled on by aggressive shoppers. We went when the store decided to do a 50% off clothing sale.

My guy was a happy camper. He lucked out, as there weren't as many aggressive guys shopping in the men's clothing section. He got some nice exercise t-shirts and pants.

I frankly gave up looking at the women's clothing. It was an ugly sight seeing women fight over clothes that they have yet to pay for.

On a good note, I did well in the food aisles. I got a ton of almond beverage and a box of healthy snack bars. I also got a 10-foot USB C cable in the technology aisle. My guy was impressed.
"That's pretty long," he said to me when I tried the cable back at the hotel room.
"Hey, I say that about your hard member. That's my line!" I joked.
We went back the following day and the savage shoppers were long gone. I managed to get two pairs of corduroy pants and a pair of capri lounge pants. Each one was $5. I also got another USB C cable.

I love how happy my guy is at this place. He had this permanent smile on his face on both days in this store. It's sweet seeing him so happy getting discounts on items, which makes me happy.

Saving time and money shopping with my guy

Last Friday, my guy and I met up at our favourite liquidation store. I am glad that I took my guy's suggestion to book a hotel in his town. Driving from the hotel to the liquidation centre took me twenty minutes. Had I decided to drive from my home, it would have taken me over two hours.

I have never been to this place when it first opens at 10:00 am. There is a ridiculous lineup!

My guy got there five minutes later. I found him and tapped him on the shoulder.
"Hey!" I said happily
"Hey, sweetie!" he exclaimed. "I see that you have a number of goodies already."
"I do," I said, showing what I had so far.
"Is our favourite cleaning solution there?" he asked me.
"Yes, there are a couple of tubs," I replied, as he went over there.
It's funny that he knows that I look at everything. I had a good time there, buying decent food items, and three pairs of pants going for $10 a pair.

I like that we love shopping together, especially when it comes to saving money and getting great deals.

Black Friday sales... ugh!

For the last three years, I am turned off when it comes to Black Friday sales. I don't know why it has become a tradition in Canada when this ritual comes for our neighbours to the south. However, I feel the same way about Black Friday as I do with Boxing Day sales, with some minor differences.

Black Friday used to be shopping on that particular day for bargains. Yes, you'd be shopping on a Friday. These days, you have pre-Black Friday sales. And, there's a catch, too. You can actually have a full weekend or more of these Black Friday sales.

One word: Ugh.

Boxing Day is a Canadian holiday. In the past, stores would be closed that day. There would be Boxing Day sales on December 27, which is a day after this holiday. These days, you can have your sale start on Christmas or even earlier. And, it's not a Boxing Day sale. Oh, no. It's a Boxing week sale, which could carry on for longer than week. Stores are also open on Boxing Day.

The same word: Ugh.

I don't have much to buy for either sale. It has to be something that I truly need. I am trying to adopt a minimalistic approach to debt and shopping these days.

I have also done all my Christmas shopping. I am that prepared.

On Friday, it took forever for me to drive home. It seemed like everyone was out shopping.

My guy called me from Egypt, where he is there for less than a month. It was great hearing from him.  He is over his jetlag and is safe. Chatting with him made my commute more bearable.
"How's my cute girl?" he asked me.
"I am stuck in traffic. I am literally under highway 400," I replied.
"Are you on highway 401?" he asked me.
"Nope, I'm backroading it," I replied. "It's Black Friday."
"Ah, I see," said my fellow shopper. "You don't get too many deals."
"I agree. You probably do in the States."
It's nice that my guy and I are on the same page. For Canadians, the deals are better during the Boxing Day, week, or month sales.

Yelp and sex toys

I like Yelp out of all social media out there. I enjoy photography. I take photos of food, to remember what I have eaten. I write for a living. And, I love to travel. It's the perfect social medium for me.

I decided to do a search for spanking in Yelp. When I was typing the word as my search criterion, the app automatically indicates spanking/masssage. That's interesting...

There is a sex shop that intrigued me in the search results. Come As You Are Co-operative has some interesting sex toys. There are restraints that are vegan. I didn't realize that they existed. I also like all the selection of coloured rope.

I tend to get my various pleasure toys and more from PinkCherry.ca. There is a lot of selection, especially with paddles and dildos. There are always sales and the company ships your goodies in a discreet box.

Perhaps it's time to look at new toys. Yay!

Seat sale on a flight and approval from my guy on my plane ticket

I have two more days of vacation left before I go back to work. I wish that I could be so relaxed like I have been so far.

During the holidays, I managed to book my flight and hotel to visit Shanghai in late May. Yes, I am planning my next block of time away from work.

I have been thinking about doing this trip for three years. Thanks to a Boxing Day seat sale, I managed to nab a decent price.

I told my guy about how much I paid for my round-trip price. He was pleased.
"That's cheap," he replied.
"It's cheap bastard-approved?" I asked him.
"Yes, you're a good CB apprentice."
My next task is to get a photo taken for my tourist visa. Ah, the joys of paperwork!

Cutting the cable cord and streaming content on TV

For a while, I have been leaning towards getting rid of my cable service and streaming shows that I want to see online. It took a while doing research to see what type of television streaming device that I should get.

It has been at least half a year since I watched any cable programming at home. I only watched TV in my hotel room when I was on the road.

I own a lot of Apple products, simply because they are reliable and work. Although its products are user-friendly, they are restrictive. I need software that allows me to install all sorts of cable applications as if I had all cable channels.

I decided that I wanted an Android TV box and did more research. The problem is buying one. Either I'd have to go on Kijiji and find someone who is selling such a device, or find a store that sells one, which isn't as convenient as going to any Best Buy store.

On Friday night, I was looking at flyers and found the Android TV device that I wanted from a store that I frequent once a month. On Saturday, I went in and bought the device, which was on sale.

I asked the guy at the store what the box's performance was like. When streaming programs, were they choppy? He replied that the store has been using this same model for nearly a year. He pointed to the TV a few steps away that was streaming content. I was impressed. I had no idea that all that content was being streamed all day.

Tonight, I installed my new TV device (it's pretty straightforward) and downloaded add-ons for the channels that I wanted. I have been happy watching programs that I haven't seen in ages. It's all free. The quality is excellent in high definition. So far, so great!

I'm still learning, but I am enjoying this new device. I am indeed geeky gadget girl.

My guy likes that I have such an interest for technology. He's relieved that he doesn't have to go through this exercise because he has admitted that he dislikes technology. It's funny considering that he works in a high-tech job. He tends to let me help him understand how such things work when it's time for him to go through the same thing. He's funny that way.

Z is for zany

I have made it to this challenge's finish line! I don't know how to end it off, other than writing about something zany. Well, I think it's weird.

My guy has arrived in Dublin. He isn't too crazy about the place. He finds it old and the roads are too narrow for his car.

We are similar in that we worry about such details, but we we rely on each other for support and comfort. Otherwise, he is doing well.

We did a role reversal today. That alone is wacky.

In the past, I accidentally gave him the nickname of Cheap Bastard (CB), which he has embraced. He loves buying items at discounted rates and gets a high out of it.

These days, I call myself the CB protege. We had this conversation on Skype as I was driving home from work and my guy was getting ready to turn in for the night.
"It's starting to rain. I wanted to wash my car yesterday, but held off because it was to rain today and I want a free car wash," I admitted to my guy.
"I am so proud of you," my guy said to me. "You go to liquidation outlets, you buy a sweater for 50% off its sale price, and now you are saving on car washes," my guy said.
"See, I am a CB protege," I replied.
"Yes, you are. A certified one, too," he stated.
"The rain is really pouring down now. If I drive a bit faster, my car will be shiny," I joked.
"Maybe you can use dishwasher soap and put a dab on the hood," my guy said.
"Hey, that would work. But, the guy behind me would get annoyed clearing all the suds off his car," I noted.
We both laughed, especially about the part where I want to dye the soap suds pink.

Is it Friday yet? It should be at this rate!

Tickling my foot and kissing in the elevator

Last Monday, I remember reluctantly leaving the meeting room in which my guy and I were in at work. I went over to my guy and kissed his forehead. We then kissed on the lips before I headed upstairs.

The meeting was delayed. After nearly an hour of sitting around, I returned to my guy. I showed him my fairly new pair of shoes. They were sherpa oxford shoes. They were originally $178, but I ended up paying $40 after taxes.

My guy liked the shoes. He even went so far as to stick his finger in my right shoe that I had up on the table for him to look at. He tickled the bottom of my foot, which made me giggle. I am ticklish.

My guy was done for the day. He packed up his stuff. We both stood up. He looked at my legs in my grey corduroys and admired them. These pants are comfortable and fitted.

I headed out the door with him. We waited for the elevator. It arrived and was empty. He wanted me to go down to the ground floor. I agreed.

The doors closed. We had three floors to kiss. We made our time worthwhile. We hugged and kissed. It was nice.

Luckily, we were going to see each other on Tuesday. It definitely makes the workweek more bearable.

Latest e-book reading from The Spanking Hand Book and the Spencer Spanking Plan

I am currently reading The Spanking Hand Book: The Authoritative Guide on Adult Discipline. I am throughly enjoying reading books on my small e-reader. It also helped that Kobo had a pretty good sale on e-books over this long weekend.

Anyway, I was reading up on the Spencer Spanking Plan, which is a contract originally created in 1936 by Dr. Dorothy Spencer for couples to sign. The following is an excerpt from the Erotic Story: The Spencer Spanking Plan:
Date _______ 19___
I, . ____________________ wife of ____________________ .
do hereby acknowledge that I have read the Spencer Spanking Plan and approve of the doctrines it advocates. From this date on it is my wish to have my conduct regulated by the enforcement of these doctrines. I give to my husband, therefore, the full right and permission to spank me whenever he feels such discipline would prove helpful and be in accordance with the spirit of the Spencer Plan.
This Agreement has been entered into willingly – and for no other purpose than to improve my disposition and secure the general benefit that always comes from the enforcement of intelligent discipline. I understand that I will be spanked without fail if I break my promise to refrain from: (List Causes which have been agreed upon.) I promise to cooperate with my husband faithfully. I will get ready for the punishment promptly when asked to do so and I will bear him absolutely no ill-will for so disciplining me.
(Signed)

II. For Her Husband
I, _________________________husband of ____________________________:
in accordance with her wishes, as expressed above, do hereby promise and agree to spank my wife when-ever I feel such discipline would prove helpful to her.
My guy and I don't have any sort of doctrine. We just have an agreed understanding that I am his bad girl who needs to be punished fairly often.

E-reader sale and wooden cheeseboards

I decided to leave work before 17:00 on Friday. I ended up having a nice dinner at my favourite deli. The server there is always nice and recognizes me as a regular. It feels like home.

After that, I visited Chapters, which primarily sells books, but also tea, home decorations, and stationery. The Kobo brand of e-readers are there. Oddly, I bought my Kobo Mini reader that I currently own from an online shopping network.

Anyway, I was looking at the newer, larger ones. The Kobo Aura is on sale. Part of me wants to get it, because I love a sale and I'm just a technology geek. I don't need one. It's definitely a want.

The sad thing was that I couldn't find anyone to help me get one in the store. I suppose that's why I tend to shop online for electronics. At least I got to try the one that I want. I can simply buy it online.

The crazy thing is that when I do buy almost anything online on Chapters's Web site using a Visa card, I get 20% off. I guess that the store want to discourage folks from talking to read people and buying merchandise in-store?

Chapters in an interesting place. The wooden cheeseboards remind me of decent spanking paddles. In Stockholm, there was a souvenir one. My guy playfully used it on me in the store.

I should ask for this wooden cheeseboard for my birthday. My guy would enjoy using it on me.

Sweaters and cuddles

A couple of Mondays ago, my guy and I were talking on Skype. We actually talked for a good 1.5 hours.

He asked me how my outing went with my friend the day before. My friend and I had visited Joe Fresh. The store had a ton of Boxing Day discounts. I ended up getting two sweaters that were $15 each. Both had a touch of cashmere, which is unheard of for that price.

When my guy and I saw each other for the first time in nearly three weeks, we had some cuddle time. We both enjoy cuddling. I probably am more of a cuddler than he is, but he has told me that he has never enjoyed cuddling with anyone like he does with me.

He was stroking my back. It felt so good as I rested my head on his chest.
"Your sweater is really nice. It feels good," he remarked.
"Thanks. I like the feeling, too. Can you believe that it was $15?"
"It's good quality. Cheap Bastard approves," he replied.
If the store made a blanket out of the same material, I'd buy it, too. Same goes for pajamas.

I'd like to wish everyone a happy 2015! Here's to more fun, spankings, and blog posts.
