Sleep and Happy Meals

I have been sleeping well since I cut out most sugary items from my diet. Other than my leg pain the other night, I haven't woken up in the middle of the night to attend to my bladder this week.

I have had a few apple slices this week. They were a part of a McDonald's Happy Meal. I'm collecting Mr Men and Little Miss toys. I have the option of having apple slices or fries in the meal. There are fewer carbs in the former, although it does have natural sugar.

As an adult, I never imagined ordering Happy Meals!

Vibrators and paddles

Being on vacation, I have been thinking about sleep and food. Thanks to a vibrator gift post at Disciplined Behaviour, I have mine picked out already.

I want the Womanizer Liberty in lilac. I will buy it sometime next week when payday rolls around.

While I was on that site, I checked out the spanking paddles. I have a decent collection, but it has been ages since I used them. I suppose that it's time to use them. I am on vacation after all.

New panties!

My bi-monthly panties came in. They are cute. It's a throwback to simplicity.

I like the two small peacock blue buttons. They look good and match nicely with the elastic trim.

The cut isn't what I normally wear, but they feel and look comfortable. The back looks like the following:

I do love this service. It's fun and I enjoy looking forward to a new addition to my panties collection.

Rest, heatwave, and panties

I haven't done a whole lot this weekend. Working so much last week required a break from doing a bunch of stuff.

We have a heatwave happening. It's supposed to be 29°C as the high temperature today. I am not ready for it. I have most of my summer clothes packed away.

My bi-monthly shipment of new panties is coming in the mail soon. I am looking forward to them. I like my collection of panties.

Lovetaps and an orgasm to start the weekend

Ever since I have been tidying up and reorganizing stuff at home, which started with my panties, I am pleased with the collection that I have. From comfortable to sexy, I have a decent assortment.

Last night, I decided to hand-spank myself, but not to the point where they were hard, you've-been-a-bad-girl type of smacks. I did well cleaning up around the place all week that they were more lovetaps. It was equally as arousing to smack the exposed skin that my panties could not cover. I then slid them down and continued to lightly smack each bare buttock.

I ended up being so wet and aroused that I played with myself, eventually reaching orgasm.

The weekend has been great so far.

Finding items to use at home and making tons of iced tea

One more workday before the weekend. I am looking forward to it.

My doing spring cleaning and reorganizing various parts of my home has made me find items that I should use more often. I am using a heart-shaped bar soap, liquid soap, and a bath sponge in a gift box that I had never opened until now. They are all nice.

I am a tea drinker. Being at home, I drink a lot of iced tea these days. When I was in the office, it was always hot tea.

I love my tea collection. I bought a ton of tea when I went to London, UK and Istanbul, Turkey several years ago. I also have various tea varieties that I have bought locally.

There are some positives working and staying at home. Naturally, I miss people and being able to move around without distancing myself from others.

Sirius XM is down - ugh!

I have been a subscriber to Siriux XM satellite radio since I had my first Prius just over a decade ago. I like it, especially when I am doing road trips. I don't have to worry about finding a radio station that has clear reception as I drive.

I like the Saturday night dance party, in which songs from the 80's are played. Sadly, the service is down right now. It's a minor inconvenience, though. I'm playing music off my phone instead.

I still listen to music on my iPod classic. I have my entire music collection on it. Party of me would like the latest iPod touch version. It has bluetooth capabilities, which my iPod classic doesn't have.

Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack and CDs

I have a pretty good music collection. These days, it's easy to purchase and download music digitally. Some of the benefits include a lack of physical storage and portability.

However, I still like owning records (a.k.a, vinyl), cassettes, CDs, and concert DVDs. These days, my rule is that if I love an artist or band, that I will buy the artist's or band's latest CD or DVD.

Depeche Mode is a good example. I have already pre-ordered the band's latest CD. I am seeing them in concert this September.

I have been streaming the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack these days. Both this soundtrack and the one for Fifty Shades of Grey are great. The variety and thoughtful selection of songs got me. I also like the artwork and information that you get with the CD.

On Saturday, I was at Walmart and bought the former soundtrack. It wasn't planned. It was staring at me. The price was pretty good, too.

I thought that I would be ordering it from Amazon. Sadly, many music stores in Canada aren't offering CDs in their stores any more. I don't see a CD section at Best Buy. HMV is closing across the country. Chapters Indigo has a decent music section, but the prices can run high.

I am thankful that Walmart has a music section still. I have fond memories of visiting music stores. I am glad that I can relive a bit of that now and again.
