Questions on happiness

Jay posted a handful of thought-provoking questions on happiness. Instead of attempting to answer them all on her blog post, in her comments section, I thought that these questions merit a blog post of my own. After all, it is still March, which is question-and-answer month!
  1. What made you happy when you were younger?
Going to school to spend time with friend and to learn made me happy. I liked recess and skipping rope in elementary school. I liked doing arts and crafts, and learning calligraphy as I grew up. I also liked playing music and sports.

  2. What makes you happy now?
Listening to music still makes me happy. Being with friends and family makes me happy, too. I am also fortunate to be loved by my best friend, who happens to be a wonderful boyfriend.

  3. What do you think will make you happy in the future?
Companionship with my guy will make me happy. Having strong friendships and family relationships will. And, yes, music will always be important to me.

  4. Do any of these answers change if you get married? If you have children?
I was married, so I became much happier when I dissolved the relationship. I don't think that my answers would change if I were to remarry. As for children, I have a feeling that my answers would.
Thanks for the questions, Jay!
