Weekend and Immersive Van Gogh

The weekend is here.

Later on today, I'm revisiting the Immersive Van Gogh experience. In early July, I did the drive-in version. I ended up getting free tickets to do the in-person experience once the place reopened. It has!

The downside was that the place never disclosed how to get these free tickets until I sent an e-mail. I had to wait a few days for a response. I finally got a code to use on their site to get my tickets. However, the code was invalid.

So, I had to send another e-mail with a screenshot showing that something was wrong with the code. Sure enough, it was some weird issue on their end. I used this code again after their fix and it worked. yay!

I'm looking forward to this outing in downtown Toronto.

Cell phone plan and corporate discount

Every two years, I have to renew my cell phone plan. I am on a corporate discount.

It's always an event to get the discount reapplied every two years. I'm at that stage again.

I normally have to get a special passcode. I got mine. Apparently, being able to apply it online is supposed to make it easy. It's not the case. It claims that my cell phone number isn't eligible.

I'll need to give my cell phone provider a call in the morning. Ah, what fun.

This minor hassle ties in with my budget and debt reduction. I save 25% with the corporate discount. I decided to keep the same plan that I have been with for now over two years. I don't need more data. This plan works for me.

Here's hoping that getting this billing issue fixed goes smoothly.

Dress code offence and a spanking

This week, in London, Ontario, a high school student was sent home for not complying with her high school's dress code.

What did she wear that was offensive to the vice-president of the school who suspended her for a day? She was wearing ripped jeans and a tank top.

Part of me is saying that it could have been worse. She could have been wearing practically nothing. Then again, I don't know what the school uniform rules are. If they clearly indicate that your jeans cannot be ripped and you can't show your arms, then this student did indeed violate the rules.

However, it's at least 30°C and humid these days. I don't think that it was the tank top that was offensive.

My guy and I had a brief discussion over this article.
"If you showed up in ripped jeans and a tank top at my high school and if I were your vice-president, I would spank you," my guy said nonchalantly.
"If I followed the dress code, you would find other so-called offences that I have committed, which would be reason enough for you to spank me," I replied.
"True. Then again, I don't need a reason to spank you hard, do I?" he asked me.
"Not at all. I will always be your bad girl."
In reality, if I were a student in this scenario, my guy would want me in a blouse and a short skirt. The blouse would eventually come undone and my skirt would be hiked up for a sound spanking.

Table talk

I miss my guy. We haven't seen each other for a few days.

You'd think that after going five weeks without seeing each other that waiting six days would be a breeze. It's not.

Early last week, I attended an afternoon seminar with clients that my guy was leading. He was talking about code tables at one stage.

After work, we had some quality time in our usual treehouse setting. We had this fine conversation in-between kisses.
"I like hearing you talk," my guy said after we unlocked lips.
"I like hearing you talk, too. Talk to me about code tables," I pleaded with him while managing to squeeze in a kiss.
"How about just tables?" he asked me rhetorically. "I'd rather having you lying on a table while I kiss every inch of you. I'd then bend you over it and spank you hard, like the bad girl that you are."
It's my version of a Hallmark card. It's perfect.
