Hacked social account

One of my social media accounts got hacked on Saturday afternoon. It has been a pain trying to recover it. The hacker decided to change my e-mail address.

I was briefly able to log on Sunday morning after going through a verification process. You would think that when you change your password that this application on all devices would log you off everything. Nope, it didn't.

This hacker's location is in Italy. He (for the sake of using a pronoun) was still logged in after my password change. He changed my account handle and e-mail address. I got hacked again.

I got notification of these changes. There was a link in the message to click if this change wasn't done by me, but it goes to an FAQ page. It doesn't revert the changes at all.

Useless.

I'm still working on getting my account back. It has been a royal pain, to say the least.

I have more to say, but I'll save it for later. Let's just say that it's frustrating.

My former intern returns as a contractor

Yesterday, my former intern joined our team as a contractor. It's great having him back.

The downside was getting his laptop up and running. We had several obstacles, including not having a password for him to log into said laptop. Crazy!

We did manage to get what we wanted to work. There's more to come later on today.

Hacked account on POF

I signed up for a Plenty of Fish (POF) account. I wanted to check out how the dating scene works again.

Well, my account got hacked last night. The person changed my profile photos. I became a black woman with a height of 5'5". In reality, I am Asian and am five inches taller than that.

I noticed a number of POF notification e-mails coming in about men being interested in me. I didn't get it. It wasn't until I signed into my POF account where I found out that some, but not all, of my answers in my profile were changed.

This person cannot write for beans. It is likely why my profile description remained the way that it was. This person was likely trying to get credit card information. I have a free account, thankfully.

I actually saw conversations between the fraudster and other men happen right before me. I changed my password immediately. It took a while for the other person to be kicked off the system.

To be certain that this person wouldn't be able to hack into my account, I changed my password again a few hours later. The crazy thing is that my original password seemed pretty secure. Obviously, it wasn't.

I will wait a couple of days before logging back in. The notifications have since ceased. After this experience, I'm not sure if I truly want to go back on this dating app.

Pickpocketing before a spanking

I am a reflective person. Earlier this month, when my guy and I were doing a staycation. we were sitting on the bed in our hotel room.

"I can't wait to spank you," he said.
"You don't have to. I've been good," I replied.
"No, you haven't," he replied.

I took his phone out of the back pocket of his jeans.

"Can you tell me what your password is?" I said, holding his phone.
"What are you doing? You can't be pickpocketing," he said, taking the phone away from me.

It's fun being mischievous. And, yes, I got a nice, hard spanking.

Date night at the office

My guy called me at around 19:30 on Wednesday night.

"Hey," I said.
"Hey," he replied. "How are you doing?"
"It's nice to hear your voice," I replied.
"I love hearing yours," he said, with dinging noises in the background.
"It sounds like you're getting into your car," I remarked.
"Yes, I am. I am headed to the office," he stated.
"How come?" I asked him.
"I can't connect to our corporate network. It looks like my password is locked and I need to be at the office to get it unlocked by the helpdesk. Did you want to swing by?" he asked me.
"I wasn't planning on driving to work at this hour," I noted.
"I know. We can go for dinner," he said.
"Sounds good. I need to do a couple of things before I go. I'll let you know when I'm by the office,"
"Great! Drive safely," he said happily.
"You, too. See you soon!"

It's always interesting when technology fails, but it is a blessing in disguise.
