I've been tired the last couple of days. All is well. I'm happy that it's the weekend!
I decided to cut back on sugar as of Friday. I have been indulging in desserts that I've noticed how I don't sleep as well as I used to. My clothes also fit tighter.
I often have an idea if i've indulged in too much carbs. My clothes tell me!
ReplyDeleteYes, clothes are great indicators. I don't weigh myself. I can tell by wearing a pair of jeans that don't have a ton of stretch around the waistband. Luckily, I'm starting to squeeze into them more easily.
